SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the item you have ordered, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery. 

 

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only possible for bikinis that are being changed for sizing. This is only available if the bikini is still in stock.

RETURN  POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after the purchase date to be eligible for a return. Returns are eligible for store credit only. All items must but unworn with original tags attached.

 

FINAL SALE: Items marked as sale and items purchased with store credit are non-refundable.

(ALL ACCESSORIES are final sale!)

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sammyswimco@gmail.com and provide your order number and name. Instructions on where to send your package will be provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SAMMYSWIM is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
